Looking for a mentor in Minnesota

I know this is probably a long shot but here it goes.
I have been riding since I was 5 and I am 23, I have one horse currently and I also work at a stable that does guided horseback rides. I am looking for a mentor to teach me everything they know. I am very interested in barrel racing, sorting, penning and roping. I don't want to just take lessons I am really looking for someone to take me under their wing, I really want to expand my knowledge in training and be a better rider and also better with horses in general. I am looking for someone to let me ride their horses while they teach me because my horse is only a trail horse.
