Position type: Full time
Base Salary + Commission.
Location: USA/ work from home

-Bachelorís degree preferred
-Minimum 3 yearsí experience in a sales management or business development position
-Valid driverís license and availability to travel across the U.S
-Extensive knowledge of the equestrian industry
-Experience selling and working with large veterinary companies preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-writing, speaking, presenting, listening
-Self-motivated with strong work ethic and able to work within a dynamic team environment
-Must effectively manage time/schedules, travel, expenses and budgets
-Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and CRM platforms such as SalesForce

Key responsibilities:
-Seek out new business partnerships/opportunities
-Maintain relationships with key accounts
-Attend conferences and appropriate association meetings, taking an active and visible role
-Actively gather field information and possible new product development ideas
-Interact with R&D and other functions when needed
-Respond to customer inquiries and suggested adverse events as needed
-Coordinate and/or monitor field trial studies when needed
