    can i get her registered

I purchased my mare slurpee without papers, was told both parents however were registered..when tracked back to owner of dam, was told who dam and sire were and confirmed both were registered...the sticky part is "rumar has it" complete stud fees were not paid and issues between owners stopped abbility of my mare to be reg. I've fb'd owners of sire with no response... I purchased her from 2nd party...is there anything I can do, or a different ? direction I should go

No, you have no recourse without the cooperation of the mare and stallion owners.

But, it also depends on what your horse is. If Paint, may be Pinto registerable, if Palomino, go with pali registry. If Appy,a nd colored, you can go with americam appy association I believe.

Not as good as AQHA, or other major registries, but better than nothign.
