    When it comes to livestock the courts seemingly don't want to do anything. I suspect your best bet is to lick your wounds and learn from it. A lawyer, court, delays, collecting evidence, more delays gets very stressful and it's really not worth the grief. You take a day off work to go to court only to find out it's been put off .....and on and on.
