    Insurence for giving lessons???

My 10 year old neighbor wants to start taking lessons from me, and I was going to charge him a small fee. If I give him lessons, will I have to get special insurance? Or can I just post the equine law and make a waiver or something? I would ask the parents and inform them and he would wear a helmet and I would be taking extra precautions and all that..

    Thanks!
