I've been looking at different horse colleges, and so far I've been liking the way Meredith Manor looks. I would really like to become a trainer for both horses and people some day, and with so much hands on work and being well recognized they seem like a good prospect. I was wondering if anyone who has attended their school could give me some information. Like whether you liked it or not and why. Did they have good cirriculum? Don't be afraid to complain about it a little, even if overall you liked it. I know it's not going to be 100% perfect . I'm just looking for an overveiw from students, or people who have checked it out on campus. If you have graduated and found a career thanks to MM it'd be awesome to hear from you too!!!
Also I was wondering if you think they would except an emancipated minor, who has either got a GED or graduated early from highschool with 10 years of experience with horses, 7 years really working with them, and 6 years of owning them. (basically me except for the emancipated/GED part) I'm still in highschool right now, in 10th grade trying to get an idea of what I'd like to do. I'm also thinking about looking at some business courses because I know it can be difficult getting into the horse world.
Please, any and all input would be greatly appreciated!!
