Siezing my 'Old Man'
We had an old quarter horse, I think he's 30 now... Yep, he's 30... Great shape, still ridable, or was... We gave him to a couple of people who agreed to take care of him - well, they haven't had his feet done since late summer. He keeps saying 'yeah we'll call - we'll call the farrier they're getting bad now' Well NO SH*T!
We've told him over and over - GET HIM DONE. He lives next door to our farrier, but his idiot son shot the guys lab and they're at war with each other.
So, we are seriously considering... taking him back. There's no written contract - because we're **** fools that live on faith, I swear I'm going to learn one day! And by taking back... well, I'm not sure how legal it'd be.
So how could I go to LEGALLY getting my old horse back? This horse is worth more than his weight in gold and he deserves better than that bull.
I've got a lovely bunch of Neuticals,
There they are all standing in a row
Big ones, small ones, some as big as your head
