In Memory of Nevada Nite Fall

My dear friends are sad to report that they have lost their beloved mustang, Nevada. He had been suffering with colic since early yesterday morning, but despite all of their efforts, his body failed him at 2am this morning. He will be sadly missed, he was a great horse.

Nevada came to my friends as a wild mustang, adopted from the deserts out west. They were very patient and kind with his training, they earned his trust and built a wonderful relationship with him. His owner, Kimmy, gifted him to her daughter, Bella, when she was only 5 years old. Nevada loved Bella with all of his heart. He always protected her, he was always gentle with her, and he would always do anything she asked of him.

Bella is now 10 years old and she has just lost her best friend. She is supported by everyone at our barn and surrounded with love and encouragement. She is a brave little girl with dreams of being a veterinarian. She was with Nevada until the very end.

Please pray, or send healing energy, or just good thoughts her way. Bless you Nevada, rest in peace little pony.

That breaks my heart for Nevada and Bella. I wish I could give that little girl a hug.
