Another update/ check in

So, as of right now, Ice is getting the following. I just want any opinions on something that he may be lacking or getting too much of, mineral/vitamin wise.

-5 flakes of second cut t&a daily (everyone cross your fingers, it may be 6 soon....)
-4 lbs of Manna Pro Senior feed daily
-1 lb of Max E Glo rice bran (he hasn't had a HUGE change on this either, I'm wondering if I should add more? He does eat all of it I know that, his muzzle is always dusty, looks like he's been snorting it, lol)
-2 lbs of shredded beet pulp with molasses added
- 1/2 oz of Sho-Flex in the AM

The directions say 10 to 12 lbs of that senior feed for the nutrition :( that is ALOT of feed though ...

You can go up to 2lb of the Max E Glo

Free choice hay and pasture is always best option

Might add in 1lb of this to round off the nutrition

Free choice/grass turn out just isn't an option....we now have four horses that need individual turn out during the day (with him it would be 5) and only one pasture (that also happens to be the only pasture with grass) to do it with.

I think the 10-12 lbs is only if they aren't getting any hay. I know on the bag it says you don't have to feed hay with it.

He was on nutrena safe choice, and it pretty much sucked, lol. By no means is he in danger of foundering or anything else that would require him need low starch/no fat content, lol.

Regardless many times grains cause issues that will STOP a horse from gaining

Being in FL can you get Seminole??

No. Well the feed store that we get the barns feed from doesn't carry it. I know there's a few feed stores in the opposite direction of where we are, however.

A few threads ago, his current feed plan was pretty much what was recommended to me, so I'm not looking to make major changes to it. I'm really just making sure I'm not overfeeding him or crossing nutrients, since I know his whole immune system could be affected by it.
