Is this decent hay?

I'm in Florida, and always see these odd types around and curious if they are decent types of hay.

HERMATHIA and JIGGS

I would be feeding a R.B along with this but we don't have much pasture so hay year round is a must.

Without testing there is no telling.... looks to be type of Bermuda

All species of hay can be good, all species of hay can be bad. Pull a forage test.
