Have a fecal egg check, then if any worms come up, worm for those worms, as well as bots and tapeworms as those tend to not come up in the poo, or at least the vets miss 'em. Casey never comes up with worms in her poo, had for three years, never. So I just use some sort of Ivermectin once a year and then also Equimax once a year.
