Equine Iron Supplement...
I'm currently taking Human Physiology in college and this thought occurred to me last night while I was lying in bed.
Increased iron in the body leads to increased oxygen levels in the body. There are athletes that use "doping" as a method for their muscles to not fatigue as quickly allowing them to place better in their races.
Some people down the road from me feed their horses Red Cell and I'm curious if the results are similar to "doping" in the human world resulting in a horse that will run faster due to the increased oxygen?
