So its better to feed a comercial feed? I was never happy with how these guys looked, and I tried all comercial feeds. Triple crown, sweet feed, legends, purina, safe choice..... Then something called strider. Tried this new mix this summer, and now going into the winter. And they look so much healthier. Their coats look and feel better, and they don't act any diff than normal. They also have one of the red salt and mineral blocks free choice in the field. So if not feeding the organic grain feed does anyone have any other things to try

The red salt mineral blocks are worthless better putting out loose salt and loose minerals. The blocks they never get enough from them plus in winter it can make their tongues sore.
