Okay, I'm just going to throw this request out there, and anyone who's interested can PM me.

I'm finishing up this article now, and I'm thinking it would be interesting to have the perspective of an American horse owner, rather than a feed company. After all, you are the people the oat growers are trying to market their products to. They are undertaking a very targetted marketing campaign to reach you and get you to put pressure on feed companies to include oats in the prepared feeds.

If you'd be interested in sharing your perspective, PM me. I can interview you via Skype or give you a call. The only thing is that it will probably have to be today, as I want to submit this today or tomorrow.

Just so you know I am who I say I am, my full name is Lisa Guenther. If you Google Grainews, you'll find the paper I'm writing for (there will be a link to the digital edition in the top right corner).

I feed my horses a constant ration of alfalfa and whole oats. They do great on it, keep a steady weight and their coats are nice and shiny. But my horses are hard working, I probably wouldn't feed oats if they were not getting worked as hard as they are now.

~Started young horses in Bosca te Ador, unto the two rein the old Spanish spade, brought them along with two hands that were gentle. Some fine reining horses as ever were made~
