Frozen cranberry juice with carrots

Hi, just checking if it sounds okay to freeze cut-up carrots in cranberry juice in a sandwich container to give to a horse as a treat? Its hot here but I wanted to make sure its okay or other treat ideas would be good too.
Thanks

Just the carrots, some horses like watermellon and bananas

That's too potent for them I think...

Stick to regular fruits: pears, apples, watermelon.

You could do apple juice with carrots or watermelon, or even peach slices. You might be able to get away with the cranberry juice if you water it down, but personally I'd stick to apple juice.
