Another vote for Smartpak's customer service. I just ordered some Mare Magic for the first time, had never ordered from them before at all. I got error messages while trying to order on line and used their e-mail support. They responded promptly, followed up with me, gave me a phone number AND PERSON'S NAME to call, apologized for the inconvenience, and placed my order while remembering to include a special discount I was eligible for. And the product arrived 2 days later, exactly as advertised. I was also impressed by their "magazine" about the use of all their different supplements. I know it's really just an advertising supplement, but it had a lot of good information in it.
