Horse video, ? belly ache

My mini does this every once in a while. Does any one know why? She is not off her feed, she is pooping ok.

Looks to me like she is trying to scratch a bug bite.

It does look like she might be stomping a bug off. She could also be showing a pawing behavior while she eats. Does she only do it when she eats feed? My mare holds her foot up and paws slightly every single time she eats.
