luvs2ride1979 User Horses Green Broke	Lucerne chaff (Alfalfa) would be good for weight gain if you're feednig grass type hay. You should weigh it though and feed by weight. I supplement my horses' diets with 3-5 lbs of alfalfa pellets or chaff when they need more weight.
