Question I bought this supplement and I don't understand the instructions. Help with english?

The instructions says:
Horses 3 scoops per day
Loading (3-10 days) 6 scoops per day
Ponies 2 scoops per day

What does loading mean? That I should give 6 scoops per day for first 3-10 days?

A loading dose is a higher dose that fills the horses system quicker. When the supplement is in the system then you can back off to a maintenance dose.

So feed 6 scoops for the first 3-10 days, depending on the supplement, until you notice a difference. Then back off to 3 scoops a day.

What kind of supplement is it?
