    A little Alahna update.

So, I just wanted to give a little update on her weight, specifically and a before and (almost lol) after to show just how much she's gained.
I switched her feed again from the Omelene 200 back to the SafeChoice (which she didn't like before, but does now) and she's gaining much faster on it..Noticably in just 3-4 days!

So..a picture from when I got her after the fuzzies came off, and then one from about 2 days ago.

Thanks! I need to take another picture today, because it's even noticable from that trotting picture to how she looked yesterday!
Hopefully I can get out today while it's still light out so the quality is better :p

She looks great, I must have missed her story. How long have you had her?

I got her the last day of February, I have a journal since the day I got her :p

I've come to the conclusion that there was no way my grain was just feeding her at the last barn..because she's been getting double throughout the day and a bag lasted a week and a half versus the 4-5 days it lasted at the old barn.

I think she could still gain a good 150# to finish covering her ribs, cover her hips up, and fill her butt in, but it's soo much better.

Be proud of yourself. I will be at appointments all day tomorrow, reading her journal then will be perfect.

She's finally starting to fill out!
I'm bummed I haven't really been able to go out for the past two weeks since I'm working 13-15hr days, but it was really noticable after a week of not seeing her!
I went out sunday and did some groundwork, learned to sidepass (in all of 10 minutes, she's a smart cookie!), and trotted a pole pattern in hand (which I'll never do again, lol).

But anywho, her hips and topline are starting to look better!

    She looks great!

In the first picture she looks "oh hey.....I'm here.....hating life"

In the last pictures she looks like..."HEY!!!!!! Over here! Let me tell you about this wonderful day I had"

    LoL. She looks happy!!!!

Thanks guys! She's definitely a lot perkier now that she has so much more weight on!

And another picture, just because she's sooo purdy, lol.
