Hey ya'll, I just wanted to thank you for the tips so far, as I do take everyone's advice to heart,(and yes the vet's too, in case you're wonderin)

Anyways, I just wanted to let all know that every day she seems to be getting better and brighter, that is now she is showing some spirit!! She must be pretty smart as she has discovered my bedroom window and at day break she's there making her 'Get your butt up and feed me!!' For the past few days she has been my alarm clock!!(Though I am a light sleeper) Anyways, I have read wonders of beet pulp and alfalfa, so yesterday I got the shredded beet pulp and alfalfa cubes as now she is Finally ready for them. I just need to know how much???? And by supper time!! She already gets 4lbs senior 3xday, along with all day hay.and a few extra's too for her hair and overall. She is SLOWLY getting better.Hopefully now she will really start to improve. She is almost 16hands, and now up to about 800lbs!! So she really has improved but is still a pitiful sight!! I know I have to weigh everything (dry??) Also every meal I soak to mash anyways first. Any advice or someone to direct me to some tipe of feeding chart thread?? So sorry but Im as new to computers as I am here

Also something scary was meantioned to me by an old horse breeder/shower/ now rescuer, says that compared to her hind end which is REALLY bad her belly is quite large and almost not 'ribby' anymore, thus meaning she may be Pregnant, double YIKES the vet says only time will tell, I have never been into horse breeding so is it possible that a 20 year old gal in her shape could be???

If so I give her so much pitty, and will end up givin extra feed too. THANKS TO ALL IN ADVANCE!!ps how do I post pics?? I can't figure it out
