From Oregon to California.

My gelding is on trifecta 4 in 1 up in Oregon and will be heading home to California for the summer. I was wondering what would be a fair grain change for him. I worry about keeping him on the trifecta because of how much selenium is offered in the grain to substitute for the absence in the hay.

Please let me know what you would recommend.
My horse is an active 6 day / week performance horse.

I am hoping for something that includes pro / pre- biotics as well as the needed minerals / vitamins?

Thank you :) Looking forward to hearing responses.

I imagine it would depend on what part of CA and what hay/feed. Maybe if you could elaborate a bit more maybe those more educated than myself in nutrition could assist.

I DON'T LEAD 'EM AND FEED 'EM, I RIDE 'EM AND SLIDE 'EM.
