I bought a tube of Probiotics for horses, and I was wondering how often I need to give it?

That's going to depend. If your horse is older, he could benefit from a regular, even daily, dose of pre/probiotic (go with powder to save $$). Some people like to give one after deworming or after a stressful event like a show, colic or changing barns. If your horse is unthrifty, he might benefit. Most horses are fine without it.
