Progressive Grass Minerals

I have been private messaging a Progressive dealer through Facebook and she recommended that I put my 7yr old MFT on their Progressive Grass Mineral. Well I took a look at the ingredients and found distiller grain-ethanol what is exactly distiller grain-ethanol?
