slow feed bags

Slow feed bags, I would like to know if and what experience you had with them.
I am looking at slow feed bags, but I would need one that I could "lock" to the fence so no one could steal it.

Mine worked really well until my horse chewed a hole in it and it turned into just a regular feed bag :/

My gelding loves his in his stall. He's on stall rest- haven't tried it outside yet. I'm sure he would still enjoy it.
