Well, the multi vitamin had many of the same ingredients that the Smart Dark and Handsome had, except the Paprika.

The Omega Horseshine has Omega 3 which helps anti-inflammatory in joints
Yes, there is omega-3 in fresh grass, but it degrades very quickly and is essentially non-existent in dried grass (hay).
