SmartPak has amazing customer service and are extremely nice. I called the other day about whether I should switch Abby to SmartCalm Ultra and the girl I talked to wasn't some marketing person who was like, "You need to buy our product now!" She was more like, "You could try a 28 day supply and see if that helps her a bit more. If it does, then continue, if not just go back to regular."
