Switching supplements?

I've been giving Tara corn oil to keep her from losing weight (apparently not an issue in the summer...she's fat now!) and to help her skin. I just found out, though, that corn oil is pro-inflammatory because of all the omega-6's. Never knew that So I just got a rice-bran based supplement to try instead. I'm only giving her a splash of corn oil with her feed right now. Should I give her a few days break before starting the new supplement, or just jump right in? It only calls for 2 ounces a day, so it's not much.

The new supplement only being a couple of ounces I would not worry about doing the change gradually (unless you have a very sensitive horse).

Thanks! That's what I figured but I wanted to get someone else's opinion...I've never switched from one to the other, I've only added one on top of the other things she gets.
