What weird treats does your horse enjoy?

And I thought my ferret loving Altoids peppermints was the strangest thing I'd ever seen.

My friend got mobbed by my horses as she was coming over for tea; she normally walks through the field because its faster and she likes visiting them.

She had spaghetti bolognaise in a tub to bring over and showed it to the horses to say "Look, you don't want this!" But Lottie knocked it out of her hand and ate most of it that was on the grass. Then she did her lovely flehmen face. Daft thing

His favorite is BANANA. He can smell one in your pocket or bag.

In summer after a long ride, he loves to drink a little cold iced tea from my cupped hands. Slurps it right up.

And of course the usual, Peeps and soft peppermints...like buttermints but Rite Aid and CVS sell them as a generic brand called "Soft Peppermints". Unfortunately I am also addicted to those

My mare loves fortune cookies....just as much as I do!!

My old boy loved popcorn, and mixed liqour drinks!!!! I never gave any to him but if I was around him with one he would literally stick his tongue in there and drink it right out of my cup. IDK what my new boy likes yet because i've only had him for a couple weeks. I'm giving him corn syrup and oat covered apples tomorrow that I made for him.

Lol, my mom told me to give Riley some tomorrow when I was making his treats. I looked at her funny!

High Five likes to throw down a cold beer and some spicy peanuts. Yeah...he may be a bay but underneath his neck is red.

Well so far I've only tried the average apples, carrots, and peppermints with Mitch, and none of them he will eat. He takes the treat into his mouth, then plays with it, he actually would rather flip a piece of apple up into the air and let it hit the ground, then repeat, as opposed to eating it.

Whereas bubbles once stole a luncheon sandwich from mums hand.

My horse likes peppermint flavored anything, I had a horse that liked cucumber and kiwi, My friends horse loves carbs crackers,chips,bread.
