Some may remember I posted a thread in which I described my first horse, a Standardbred mare that I adopted. Well that situation didn't work out and luckily the program was able to take her back and find her a more suitable home. In the meantime a friend of a friend told me about a mare that she had for sale because she just had to many and she was just sitting in her pasture after weaning a foal. I tried her out a couple times at her farm and then took her on a 30 day trial and I'm happy to announce that I handed over the cheque yesterday and she is now officially mine! Her barn name is Rya, she is registered half-Arab and Canadian Sporthorse. Her registered name is Marimba of Lanzarac. She is a 10 year old, 15 hh, chestnut mare and the cutest thing ever. Also, meant to mention, for anybody who knows Arab bloodlines, this is her mom's side and I'd love to know anything about these horses if possible:
