Avatar help..

How do I make the file size smaller so I can upload an image for my avatar? Any help is appreciated! Thanks! -Caraline (Its said it has to be less than like 24 KB)

Saving it as a jpg usually lowers the file size.

I can't, because I am uploading off of my PC, not a website.... Dang it! Do you know how to do it from there? Or is it easier in the long run to just upload them to a website..?

Do you have photoshop? Or some other program where you can resize an image? If not, i'll help you do it.
