I haven't updated anyone with Sunny's progress in quite awhile.
Some background; Sunny is a coming five-year-old TB. I have had her since she was a long yearling. She went into training for 30 days as a 3 1/2 year old to learn the basics and walk/trot and then had another thirty days just before she turned four to learn the canter.
She will be five on April Fools, and boy, have we done a lot in this past year.
We have gone on three off-property rides, including what is considered the toughest trail in the area as well as an overnight camping trip. We have done a million trail rides at the barn and also play in the arena and one day, for fun, we jumped a 2'3 vertical at a canter. She also gives beginner lessons to a cousin of mine every couple of weeks. She is turning out to be such an amazing horse. I bought her to be an eventer or hunter, but I have lately been considering LDs. Who knows? For now, we are just enjoying the ride.
Enough of my babble, here are some photos of the goober.
