Black & White Pictures with some color

Hey everyone, I have been soo bored lately because it has been raining outside so I have been playing around in photobucket. I just wanted to post some of my favorite pictures that are black & white with something left colored. It's nothing really fancy, but I thought I would share.

This is Scout and I and I wanted him to be the main focus.


This is my 2 yr old daughter, Kaydence, and boy does she love to fish!


Nothing fancy here, just black background with Scout in color.


Here I did everything black and white except for Scout's eye.


Just kept the halter and leadrope in color.


This is my new filly's eye, her name is Halo.


Here it is again, but I did a horrible job at blotching out the stupid fly.


And this isn't exactly black and white but I am still working on it, this is Halo.


NOW IF Y'ALL HAVE ANY PICTURES THAT YOU DO IN BLACK IN WHITE WITH OR WITHOUT COLOR I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THEM!!!!

I love doing the black and white effect. :) They turned out really good.
Do you have a program with the 'patch' or 'retouch' effect? It normally works really good for getting rid of flies, etc.
I have it on Photoshop and Picasa, it's really good.

See I have been doing these on photobucket and it doesn't have any good retouch stuff. I also have a photoshop account but for some reason after I save my work, it won't allow me to and says my account storage is too full? I went and looked and I only have a smidge used up and TONS of free space sooo I don't understand. It is making me mad because I LOVE there retouch effect. Grrr... Never heard of Picasa but I will definitely have to check it out.

You made all those is photobucket? What was the feature called?

Yeah I know! Lol. I wanna know more about that too! Haha

When you click on a picture to edit in photobucket, you will see tabs on the tops saying (Basic, Effects, Decorate, Animations, Beauty, Distort, Layers, Geek, and Pop Tarts) Well it is the Geek Tab, the second to last tab.

Once you click on that it is the button that says "Smart Recolor" if you don't understand how to do it, it has a short video in there you can watch. It is easy to catch on to. Hope this helped and thanks for all the compliments.
