The Calm Before the Storm

I took these pics yesterday, a couple hours before the storm hit which brought baseball sized hail, lightning, thunder, rain, and a tornado a few miles away. Just wanted to post some new pics of Lakota, now that he's grown 2 inches and dropped some winter weight. Sorry, I went a lil overboard with the pics...

To see the wind's power, the rain's cleansing, and the sun's radiant life, one need only to look at the horse.

He was fine, nothing much bothers him but he was inside that night. It was kinda scary but I'm a wimp when it comes to storms anyways so...=P

Gosh! He is soooo gorgeous! Where do you live so I can steal him?

Horses are scared of two things... Things that move and things that don't.
