Oh, poor girl. At least there is not any long term crippling effect. They are all so stunning (I want to steal Tana, bum leg or not. She is really beautiful).

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

HAHA! You are funny Steff! Then my little sausage would have to lose some weight! But really, she is stunning! I really like her! Her riding is going really well to! Great big stop and a nice easy lope! I like her lots!

Smorbs and RJ, it's funny that you think she is so pretty! As I was taking these pictures I was talking to Allie AKA JustDressageIt and saying how ugly she was! She is a great horse, but I really don't think she is anything special to look at!

Hey, pretty is as pretty does. Good looks mean nothing if the horse is an airhead. It is what's inside that counts.

I would still think she's stunning, even if she was not too bright. ;p LOL.

I was watching a lesson that my former teacher was giving and the horse that was in the ring. I mentioned how really nice the horse was moving but how homely he was. She told me that that horse had taken more kids of hers to Metal Maclay at the Garden then any horse she has ever owned. Then she gave me the phrase that I've used from time to time (and as smrobs just said), "Pretty is what pretty does"

I'm not arguing with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

It's not always what you say but what they hear.

You know it's very true! I don't think Tana is a pretty girl by any means but I still defend her tooth and nail because she is a dang smart horse!

Ah, well, Quarter Horses are supposed to be chunky, not like the Arabs.
She'll be fine.
