Hey guys, so first things first, Cayden is doing really good, she cantered on her own, only because she got excited that my friend was leading one of her horses yep, so Cayden is all like "omg it's another horse I most get all excited and prance around", haha, but it will be like until the mid or end of Jan that I can ride her again, and we're having the vet come out and check on her again in early Jan. I've been taking her on walks and letting her graze, and I'm so happy that's she's not passing anymore, or at least rarely.
So I won't be riding at my current lesson barn until March or April, due to my parents not having enough money to support Cayden and my riding lessons, so we're just focusing on Cayden for now, but the good news is, that one of my friends mom works for this women, who gives lessons to the mom's kids and lets them work for all there lessons, so her mom thought of me and asked if I wanted to take lessons from this women, and I said yes because I would be able to work of every single lesson, so then I can have a riding lesson once a week, instead of twice month because my other barn only lets me work for one riding lesson. But the sad part is that I have to leave my favorite lesson horse, Ed, but thankfully it's only going to be until March or April. But I'm so depressed that I won't see him until then, even though I might come and watch my friend's lesson there and there, so I'll see Ed once in awhile. The cool thing is though, when Cayden is able to start jumping, then in March or April I'll be able to come back to my current/old barn and take lessons there on Cayden! Which will be awesome using my own horse, and the cool thing is, when I go back to my current/old barn, that I'll still be riding at my future barn! The first two weeks will be at one barn, and the next two weeks will be the other. So it's the best of both worlds! Yesterday had my last riding lesson on Ed, and it went really well minus him bolting once in the arena and once at on the trail, which my trainer lets me ride him on the trail do to his spookyness. Haha, but I handled him really well when he bolted, I just stayed relaxed which helped him to relax. I'm really going to miss him.<3 Now here comes the funny part, when I was walking to my aunt's car so that we could leave, all the horses turned towards and looked at me while I was walking to the car, like I'm not ever kidding! I'm just like "really? Really?" lol.xD
Okay pictures in the next post!
