I just found out some really cool information on Cecil last night, but I don't know how to go about researching it.

Cecil's registered name is Itsa Easy
And he has a tatoo (Atleast it says he does on his AQHA papers, does that mean he has raced?)

That was my thought too. I kept thinking, "I am so glad I do not have to try to fix those snarly messes." Yuck. I am sure the horses will appreciate it when you are done though.
