So today is the day we got Cinny from his old home and brought him to my trainer. I think the second he put one foot in the trailer he forgot ALL of his ground manners and reverted to a "wild mustang" ha ha. He jumped on top of my trainer and then took off....after a 1/2 hour chase we got him caught and in the trailer.

WE got him to the trainers and into his paddock and he was so worked up that I opted to just leave him alone for the rest of the day except to get some pics. He's kind of muddy from playing in the mud this morning before I picked him up, but here he is....

SmokiesCinchBet 7 year green broke solid stock Paint - he's all Paint on the stallion side all Quarterhorse on the Dam.

Looking around his new "digs"

Tonight I'm going to edit some video of him moving, just tired right now ....tomorrow we start work on ground manners.

oh, look in the second picture, the one of the profile of his head. My trainer doesn't like that he's not "flat" between the eyes...does his face really look bad? Will this effect his points in halter classes?
It may be my novice eyes, but it looks like there is a scar there on his nose, right where he has that bump. That just doesn't look like mud to me. I don't know what it will do for halter class, but I imagine it will be a problem in a highly competitive show, but in a local show you might get by with it.
