A couple of Donkey Pictures

A few years ago, my photographer (amateur but dont tell him that) friend and I were taking pony conformation shots and he snagged a few pics of the donkeys. Enjoy if you want to!

And totally not a donkey, but he is a good looking pony. Would've been a nicer shot with a nicer halter on him though. (He was our rainbow pony, always brown and green and often pink since the fencing panels were painted red every year.)

beautiful! Are they pretty mild mannered? They have such kind eyes!!

Life seems mighty precious, when there's less of it to waste.

They were never handled much but they would lead, tie, get their feet done and even (most of them) clip. They usually didn't care to be approached but if you just waited they would come around. Those two were buds.
