Denny Conformation | Headshots of a boarder's horse

Woohoo! Spring is in gear here! Horses are shedding, the weather is picking up... I can almost feel summer in the air.
Here are some photos from yesterday that I wanted to share. I finally had help to get some decent conformation pictures of Denny, which I'm just thrilled about. As some of you know, he's on stall rest at the moment with daily handwalking. He has a very minor suspensory injury; the vet feels that 6 weeks of rest should take care of it, and he'll be good as new.

Look at how grey he is this year!!!

A fellow boarder and her horse were walking around the outdoor for a few minutes and he just looked so handsome I couldn't resist snapping a few photos...

Just a quick note to anyone in my area that likes my work.. I'm offering an "introductory" (if you will) rate for photo sessions. At this point I'm just trying to build a portfolio, and I'm just an ammy, so I'm cheap! Contact me for any details!

LOVE the headshots.

Don't know enough to offer a worth while critique, so I won't chime in there. Hope he's feeling better soon!

Thank you Ktibb :)
I should point out that I'm not asking for a critique - I'm well aware of Denny's faults haha! Just showing off the pictures ;)

Lovely photos, and those headshots are exquisite.

I wish you were closer. I'd love to have some really nice photos of Casper and JJ.

Thank you so much for the compliments!

I'm just about to jump out of my skin here -- I just got my first official request for paid prints and an official photo session from the lovely lady who owns the horse in the headshots. I'm just ... wow. Thrilled.
