Do you know this horse ~ SHINING BELLE

I am looking for my mare's dam so that I can get her Parentage DNA tests complete for registration purposes. She is a Thoroughbred named Shining Belle last known to be at Mitchell Ranch in Watsonville, California. They claimed to not know where the horse is now, so I am searching myself.
