Enjoying warm weather on a sunny afternoon! *PICS*

Saturday afternoon it was 4+ degrees in Alberta, I took my mare on her 3rd trail ride and 1st one in snow :) To be safe I was ponied, but quickly realised it wasnt necessary with this lady. My two friends rode walkers with me and we spent as much of the day outside as possible!

My trainer

Sable's first time walking through deep snow!

Major's pretty mare Bloom! :)

The girls hanging in their pen

haha I look ridiculous, but that stupid grin is from success!

They know who has treats!

There really is a person in there haha

my puppy horse, who actually licked my face right after this.

I know, there is tons of pictures, enjoy!

LOVE LOVE LOVE those pictures, especially you with the horses, when you are on the ground. the last one is just wonderful. Blow it up, crop it and put it on your wall! If I could paint humans, I'd paint that shot, but I suck at doing humans.

Thanks everyone! These horses are so much fun and always mischevious! Major and I always have a blast doing whatever with these girls.

As for the last shot, Major got about 10 shots of Sable and I like the last one up there, she was just hamming it up for the camera, but that was my favourite one as it is just her in a nutshell.

Here's a couple close up's that I took and I am going to frame and put on my walls at home as I found they turned out with a very calm feeling about them...pretty neat!

and of course this one :)
