Finishing his first Endurance ride!

Dare, my gelding finished his first Endurance ride and first 50 miler in 6 hours and 34 minutes and he did amazing! I was so proud of him, granted he was ready for it. I had been conditioning him for it for about 7 months. But regardless he did great, he ate and drank and was relaxed at the start of the ride and when the trail opened he settled in and went right to work! And I am so proud of him considering when I first got him I could not even mount safely. He was beaten pretty bad before I got him and would bolt and launch himself into the air when I would get on or off but TLC and patience cured him of that. Here are some pictures of him before, during and after.
