Fly mask= bunny??

So I bought Ginger a fly mask because.. well, because I wanted too. No medical reason or anything, just wanted her to have one

It fits her great except for one little problem... the ears are way too long!!! I thought she looked like a bunny. Doesn't seem to bother her, though, and she didn't try to take it off (neither did her yearling pasture mates-- she's like a baby sitter out there haha).

This picture was from my phone, so it's not very big...

Any one else have funny fly mask photos?

I have 2 flymasks with ears, & the ears are too long. Horses look like lop-eared rabbits.

I think I might bring it home sometime and hem the ears a little bit-- don't want them to get caught on anything, or for the other horses to pull on them (which, being babies, they might!)

Adds character, least he keeps his mask on. I give up on flymasks, my gelding's goal in life is remove & destroy any flymask he can access.

My poor gelding is rocking turnout in a faux fur trimmed flymask. I bought him a cob sized one since his bridle is but it was too small and by the time I realized it, the selection at the local tack shop was faux fur or nothing.

He looks even more ridiculous when his halter is on. He snapped his leather one, so he's stuck in a purple halter covered in swarovski crystals until his leather one is repaired.

Rofl, awe he's cute (: You should see my gelding, his fly mask has pink ears, yes pink. And since he is an Arab his ears are a little small and the ears on the mask are huge! He seriously looks like a giant easter bunny with the pink ears and such
