    galloping, trails and...horses!!

    I went for a ride today and got some horse and pics of the pond at our 'lunch spot'

    Glory, my friends horse

    My Angel looking sleepy ::)

    This is the pond behind the aqueduct.... on the right side, probably by that really bright red tree is where our lunch spot is

    Still looking in the same direction, only at the shore

    Across from the spot, there is an island

    And looking back to where the first pics was taken (on another day). That's the big aqueduct, bigger than it looks

    Annnnd to the galloping part these are the sand pits from my other post. I wasnt going my fastest, but it was still fun!

    And then my friend took her turn and before she made it all the way, Angel started cantering off, and Glory took a sharp turn and my friend fall off. (ignore me asking what happened.... :P )

    Its always an adventure

    Angel is actually a really good horse, it was just one of those rare times! I wasnt holding onto the reins much either, so when we took off I was gathering them, grabbing my crop off the horn and holding onto my friends iPhone o_O I don't swear... I was just focused on stopping her! Better luck next time to us

    That looks like so much fun! I'm away at college, and can only afford to take one of my horses with me. Last year I took my older broke mare and go to go out and play all the time, but this year I have my very green three year old, so she can't exactly go galloping about. You made me so jealous!!

    Haha we really don't do much trotting any more... It's all walk to canter or walk to gallop! I love going through the trails, but at the same time I love going fast :)

    Looks fun. I can't believe you stayed on and managed to hold onto the camera.

    I think angel just whent in a circle. It all happened so fast! By the end of that video, my friend had already been thrown off, gotten up, and started to find Glory, who was about 20 feet away eating grass. Amazing how much can happen in a few seconds with horses
