Smile A girl's first ride on her very own horse.

This is not my daughter's first ride on a horse ... but her first ride on HER horse:) She's ridden many horses before, but this is a picture of her first ride on "George." (he was her Christmas present)

(btw - these are just snapshots, not my "professional work")

George is our Standardbred X-Race Horse, X Amish Horse, who has found a very special place in my heart. We love our GEORGE !

Oh lucky girl! Handsome boy & he looks just like your typical Standardbred too. That was the first breed that popped into my mind from the photo, even before I spotted you signature ;)
Wish someone would get me a horse for Christmas! I keep asking but Santa never seems to have enough room in his bag lol!

My daughter had that almost a year ago.... it is one of the best things in life to share horse time with a daughter!!

Awww she looks so happy! Heres to hoping that she will have many fun times ahead with her and George. I remember when I first got Tess, we turned her out into the paddock with my piggy shetland for the night. The next morning I was up at 4 am with my helmet in my hand and my new jodddies and boots on saying "Mum, get up! Tess isn't going to wait all day ya know!!!". Well I just got told to stop being stupid and get Back into bed!

SAVE THOSE PICTURES, they are absolutely beautiful. I can only imagine how magical it will be to look at those photos again in just 10 years from now.
