This girl's got a thing for greys!

Just dug up this photo from the depths and thought I would share. This is my first ever horse and I. I was about 9 or 10 when this was taken and yes I was really this gross looking haha.

He was a 12-13 year old 15.2hh grey thoroughbred named Dennis (blergh!)

    Remind you of anyone?

Perhaps a hint. 16.2hh grey thoroughbred named Rex. My heart horse.

I guess those first horses really do stick with you

I don't remember much what Dennis was like to keep clean, but I am guessing he is much the same as Rexy. He's almost permanently filthy!

As a side note, I just noticed poor Dennis' pasterns (top photo). EEK poor guy!

They sound fantastic little horses, After having so many welshy horses I can safely say I know what a bratty pony can be like lol I got to say the bratty ones always seem to be the best competition ones though lol My dressage welshy is a brat to put it nicely but gosh doesn't she go well cause she puts so much attitude and expression in her movements lol Are the mustangs the same.?

Surprisedlove-haha mustangs are deffinately expressive haha. Houdini was an escape artist nd liked to go up to the house nd look in the windows haha. They also can excell in really anything you put in front of them.. I've seen jumpers, rodeo, dressage, trick they really are very versatile ..i love em

Lol don't you just love monkeys like that I adore ponies with cheekiness lol
I think I would get along with a mustang very well but we don't have them over here :( (much to my disappointment)

Can always send one over if you would like ;) lol
