Goodbye Jesse

This was Jesse. She was a boarder's horse at my barn. We recently had her put down. She was 32 years old and had a good life. She had neurological problems at the end that made it necessary to let her go on to greener pastures. Run free Jesse.

Here is another one of her that I liked, taken early last year.

She was absolutely beautiful, and she lived to a great age. She was loved and she knew that.

It is always so difficult to say goodbye - especially making a choice as hard as that, with a life we had no share in giving.

Thank you. She was a lovely old gal. I had her at my barn for about 10 years. It was difficult on my horse when she passed, as they were pasture mates.

I'm so sorry you had to do that, it's so hard, God bless you for keeping her in mind, her peace of mind and respecting her that much.
