Gracie has a shine! And Ricci is concerned.

The title says it all. Gracie haz a shine! I have no idea why, or if I can even claim "proud mommy" status. She gets fed a flake a day and pasture. I barely even brush her. But by god does the girl SHINE! Haha.

And Ricci is concerned. I can't quite remember why. I think she just forgot what it was like to be in the barn and have Gracie scream at her from the pasture... not like it's a daily occurrence or anything... But isn't she adorable when she's worried? =]

Less concerned and more alert.

Her post-ride yawn.

My two girls post-a different-ride.

Awwwww, they look SO good!

Haha, people always ask me what supplements I feed Zierra to make her so shiny and I always just shrug because she never eats anything more then grass and hay!

I'm going to take that as a reason to take more pictures. My poor Facebook is burdened daily with mobile uploads of them, I may have to go that extra step and post them here too. One can never have too many pictures of their horse, right? =]

I love that they ground-tie, it's one of the first things I taught Gracie when I got her at 7 months. At 3, she stands as sturdy as the 20 year old ex-show mare next to her. =]

I know, right? Gracie just wicked shines, some horses are just like that. Who would have thought a bay [and a chestnut, I've seen Zierra, lol] could be so utterly blinding!?

She is very shiny! And such a cute little girl.

Love Ricci's worried face, and the yawn lol. I like your matching polos/fly bonnet.
