I need help posting pictures!

Every time I want to upload a picture, it says this page connot be displayed or something. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?
Or am I doing something wrong?
I have a Dell, that's Windows XP, and it has DSL.
What's Wrong?

It does the same with me too. I think something is wrong with the forum.

It would be best to download you pictures to a site like photobucket.com.

This site gives you an 'image tag' that you can just paste in to display your pictures right here.

Well, I got a link from photobucket to come up, but I want it to show the picture.
Am I doing something wrong?

Have you unchecked the first checkbox on bottom when load? I didn't at first and that gave me a problem...
